DESICCANT AIR DRYERS

Pristine Air Quality and Reliability with Desiccant Air Dryers

At Performance Air, we offer more than just compression packages – our comprehensive range of Gardner Denver air treatment systems are designed for optimal performance and energy efficiency. Our desiccant air dryers are engineered to deliver clean and moisture-free air, ensuring the longevity and reliability of your compressed air supply. With various types of desiccant dryers available, including heatless, externally heated, blower purge, and more, we have the perfect solution to meet your specific needs. Let us guide you through our innovative technology and superior components that make Gardner Denver the trusted choice for air dryers.

This system uses a small amount of dried, compressed air to purge and restore the off-line tower.

Model Series include:

  • XGHL
  • DGH
  • GHLD

The externally heated compressed air dryer uses the dew point to product against freezing during low ambient conditions and keeps the compressed air system bone dry during the summer heat.

Models Included:

  • DHP
  • GEHD

Desiccant dryers consume energy through the process of using purge air to prepare the “off-line” desiccant tower for its next cycle of operation by a process called regeneration.

Models include:

  • DPB
  • GBPD

Thermal energy generated during the air compression process of the compressor is utilized to regenerate the offline desiccant tower.

Model included:

  • DHC

The dual tower dryer uses the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) method for drying wet compressed air. The unique design allows for the dryer to start and stop with a compressor to eliminate purge loss.

Model included:

  • GDHM

Contaminated compressed air enters the oil pre filter housing and flows from the inside to the outside of the element. Water and oil condensate falls to the bottom where it is discharged by the automatic drain.

Model included:

  • DST

Designed to convert compressed air to breathable air for a safe work space. Removing moisture, solid particles, oil aerosols, carbon monoxide and hydrocarbon vapors from the air.

Model Included:

  • DBS

Extremely low silhouette, manifolds and valves within an arm’s reach of the operator, and readily accessible fill and drain ports are just a few of the differences apparent on the outside. Both externally and internally, each model combines innovative engineering and technically advanced, highly durable components to provide easy installation, operation, maintenance, and simply the most reliable desiccant dryers available.

Models include:

  • XGHP
  • XGHB
